Legendary French children's humor comics!

Placide and Muson are famous characters from French children's comics.
Placide is a plump little bear who loves to eat well, sleep soundly, and shows wonderful ingenuity to shirk work.
Muson is an energetic, clever little fox, the complete opposite of the lazy Placide. He tirelessly tries to reason with and bring his irresponsible friend to order.
The restless pair was created and drawn in 1946 by the famous French caricaturist José Cabrer-Arnal, but Placide and Muson achieved real fame in the 1960s, when after Arnal's death the characters were "picked up" and breathed new life into by another talented artist, Jacques Nicolaï.
The book includes selected comics created by Jacques Nicolaï between 1958 and 1962. These are 55 stories, each of which usually takes up one page. And each story is a sea of imagination, mischief, and healthy hooliganism.
Placide and Muson are already well known to older generation Russian readers, as many stories about the adventures of the inseparable friends were reprinted by Soviet magazines in the 1960s-80s.

For children from 5 to 12 years old and adults who appreciate classic comics.
