Delivery methods

Shipping costs are calculated automatically and displayed at checkout.

In most cases, we ship orders via DHL. If you have a preference for a particular DHL pickup point, please indicate it in the comments when placing your order. By default, we select the pickup point closest to you.

So far, it hasn't let us down (knock on wood). If you have any issues with it, please let us know in the comments when placing your order. We will do our best to make sure everything works out well. 

Shipping outside the Netherlands (within Europe) is also calculated automatically. We have tried to find the most affordable (for you) and most reliable (for us and for you) shipping method. Please note that for other countries (non-EU), we will calculate the shipping cost after you place your order. For example, the cost depends on the weight of the package. Shipping a package to the UK, for example, costs from €15 (small) to €28 (medium size), and to the USA from €25 (extra small) to €62 (medium size) (January 2022).

If you encounter any issues during checkout, but don't want to cancel the order, feel free to select "pickup from Tilburg" and "pay by cash". Write to us and we will try to quickly figure out where and how to ship it.

Shipping within Europe is calculated automatically depending on the country. Specify the shipping country in the cart, and the cost will be displayed immediately.
