Joseph Brodsky has not written many poems for children. "Who Discovered America" is one of them. Line by line, careless schoolchildren turn facts upside down, confusing countries, eras, and historical figures. So engrossed in their argument are the children that they try to remember who, after all, discovered America...
The illustrations for the book were created by Igor Oleynikov, an artist and animator and laureate of the Bologna Children's Book Fair.
