The kindest storyteller in the world, Evgeny Lvovich Shvarts, wrote a funny and very profound tale about how four schoolchildren suddenly became old men and women because they were always late and wasted their precious time. The lively, witty, and colorful illustrations for the tale were drawn by the talented artist Irina Ivanovna Kazakova. Her old boys and young grandfathers remind the young reader of a simple truth: a person who wastes time without reason does not notice how they grow old. The book is in Russian.
