Terem-teremok. Fairy Tales for Toddlers (New Ed.) (Illustrations by E. Rachova)

"If, looking at my birds and animals, you understand that the fairy tale has a mischievous edge and hints at human nature, then I have succeeded," said Evgeny Rachyov, People's Artist of Russia, creator of wonderful illustrations for folk tales. Their main characters are kind and cunning, brave and cowardly, naive and calculating. In short, they are just like the people who surround us.
For younger school children.
