A wonderful story from Kipling's famous "Jungle Book", which tells of a little mongoose, saved by people during a terrible hurricane and who repaid them with kindness for his rescue. Robert Ingpen, an outstanding artist who received the most prestigious award in the field of children's literature for his works - the International Andersen Award, was inspired by Kipling's work and created magnificent illustrations for the tale of Rikki-Tikki-Tavi. His world of Indian wildlife is truly magnificent, and all the characters are so authentic that the reader wholeheartedly believes in the adventures masterfully described by the author. For children of primary school age.
