The green pig Iziumka and his friend Gnome Gnomych, who lived in a pumpkin house, were created by Hungarian writer Ágnes Balint. These characters first appeared in a children's television show and became so popular with young viewers that Ágnes Balint wrote three books about them. The books have been translated into many languages, and children from around the world have also met the wise Gnome Gnomych and the stubborn, mischievous Iziumka. In this collection, you will read the ten very first stories—cheerful, heartwarming, and highly instructive. For younger school-age children.
